This is my first month tracking BBT and I'm so confused. Why is it all over the place and why is my temp so high? It hasn't been lower than 37.3 and it's gone as high as 37.6

You need a bbt thermometer. But if you’re getting up and doing any sort of activity before temping you’re not getting an accurate chart. Scrap this chart and start temping properly next cycle.

are you temping when you first wake up? it’s best to wake up and literally barely move and temp every day at the same time
