Is it possible to take longer to get a positive test with a subsequent pregnancy?

With my first I had a faint positive 9do. This is my first month trying for number 2 and I tested negative 10dpo. First pregnancy I had crazy tender boobs and fairly constant cramping. I don't have any symptoms right now and I'm currently 12dpo. So not pregnant? Or have any of you ladies had such markedly different experiences?? At this point I'm not going to test again unless my period is a day or two late.

Yes. With my first, I had nausea before I tested and got a faint positive on 10dpo. With this one, I had no symptoms and didn’t test positive until 12dpo. Had negatives before that.

Every pregnancy is different.  I’ve been told that your boobs won’t be as tender and swollen with subsequent pregnancies (can’t remember the reason but it was a health professional).

Is it possible to take longer to get a positive test with a subsequent pregnancy?
