Mirena vs paraguard
Hello ladies! I currently have Mirena and I’m coming up on my 3 year mark but I like the security of having a period and want to switch to Paragard because it’s non hormonal and I love the low maintenance of an IUD has anyone made the switch from Mirena to Paragard or have any similar experience?
