4 weeks pregnant 🤒

For days I been having on and off nausea so bad it woke me up this morning and been extremely hungry , gassy and have to pee every other 30 mins if that also i am cramping on and off as well 🤦🏽‍♀️ with my angel baby I had no symptoms except for sore boobs up until I loss the baby . I don’t even have sore boobs they are more so shooting pains here and there ... this pregnancy I just feel horrible omg 😫 can anybody give me any tips to help with nausea ?
