Early ovulation

I had my period the 20th of January till the 24th. 2 days later I had cm, and it was really stretchy. I asked at glow for advice if this was my ovulation or sperm. And some mommy's said to me it was sperm. 7 days after the cm I had cramps, feeling nauseous, dizzy and it held on for a couple of hours.

Yesterday glow said it was my ovulation day. But I had white creamy discharge instead. Could it be my ovulation was earlier?
