boy confusion

i started talking to this seemingly nice & normal boy from tinder. Over the course of two weeks we snapped and texted a lot. my weekends were dedicated to sorority recruitment so i didn’t have any free time. week three rolls around & he finally asks me to hang out & i said yes. the day we are suppose to hang out arrives but i am very sick (throwing up / can’t keep anything in my stomach sick) so i have to cancel & he’s nice about it. that was friday & nothing happens again until wednesday where i text him & say hey sorry for not texting over the weekend but would you want to connect this upcoming weekend? he said “maybe idk i might go home” well he never went home, didn’t answer any of my snapchats, & then i sent him a text asking what was up & that i liked talking to him but if he’s no longer interested then i just wanted to know. he read it within a minute and didn’t respond. what the hell? i mean i shouldn’t reach out again right? that would look crazy? i do have feelings for the guy & im kinda caught up on it & i don’t know what to do. any advice would be appreciated
