Preterm labour signs? Sorry long post

32 weeks pregnant was In Hospital Monday due to reduced movements even though they didn't pick up many movements on monitor they were happy with heartbeat however they did mention there was a lot of contractions nothing was said other than if they become painfull to come back in. So still getting a lot of Braxton Hicks, pelvic pressure and very bad back pain and 3 day of diarrhea, I don't feel like eating I just feel drained and uncomfortable now. Do you guys think this is labour signs?

These are the same signs I had a couple days ago. I’m 35 weeks. I went into the e.r and they kept me for the night to monitor my blood pressure which came out fine. All the while I still had the tightening and such from contractions(Braxton hicks I guess) and horrible back pain. They sent me home with a jug to collect urine in for 24 hours. They were more worried about my blood pressure than the other things. Then a day later I had my regular appointment. I turned my jug in and told them all my symptoms and they said it came back that I have preeclampsia and that I’m 2cm 75%. But I’m not in active labor. My contractions have faded off and I feel better from being on total bedrest.... They couldn’t get one to show up on the monitor either which was a bummer cause I was definitely feeling them. I still have the back pain, pelvic pain, and headache so I keep Tylenol in me and use a heating pad when it’s too much. I’m also on strict bedrest now. I will be induced at 37 weeks which is the 14th. But I had preeclampsia with my first time too.. just not as soon. It’s always better to go in and be reassured that your okay rather than wait, worry and potentially miss something.
