Constant twinges?

So this is my first round of Letrozole taken cd 3-8. I have PCOS.

I started ovulation test cd 9 it was a pretty high reading. I’ve had sharp twinges on both left and right side very low ovary area for days. More on than off and goes back and forth between each side. My ovulation test yesterday seemed to peak again.i Can’t figure out if I’ve already ovulated or I’m about to ovulate. Anyone had anything similar happen? I’m pretty uncomfortable at times it last for about 5-30 seconds at a time.
