Haven’t seen lower leg or feet yet?

I’m 16 weeks, and I’ve had two scans, one at 14 weeks, and one just yesterday. At the first one, we were able to see the femur bone and sonographer said baby had legs crossed. Didn’t see the lower leg or feet at that one, or at the gender determination yesterday. Should I be concerned? My mind is thinking skeletal dysplasia. Because was also measuring 4 days behind 😓 also still haven’t felt any kicks yet and this is my 3rd
