I just watched a video of this one woman who used demarolling and it really helped hers. It wasn't 100% gone, but you could definitely see a difference

It will progressively get better with time, but give yourself a break. Your body went through hell and is still 100% amazing and beautiful. Chances are it will never go back to "normal" but that's ok. You EARNED it. ❤

There are ways to improve your tummy, but stretched skin isn’t reversible. You have the gift of life! Embrace your postpartum body because you still look great!

As Erika said below, you can continue to lose some more belly fat but that will just make the stretched skin continue to sag. Without some type of intervention, the stretch marked skin won’t get any tighter. I’d go to dermatologist or someone specializing in tummy lifts to get your options. I fear any charlatan selling products from home won’t give you the result you’re looking for and you’ll then be hundreds of dollars in a hole that could’ve went towards surgery.

Through a healthy diet and exercise you can definitely lose belly fat and firm up, but the loose skin may not go away... You’re only 9 months pp, so give yourself a break and TIME mama!
