Please help I am freaking out

So I had refrained from orgasms and sex since very lighting spotting afterwards during week 5. My RE said that’s normal and we can continue to have sex. Well today I only had self-stimulation/no penetration and went to the bathroom to quite a bit of bright red blood in the toilet.

I am freaking out and feel like I messed everything up. I don’t know what to do. It’s snowing really heavily out so I can’t go to the ER.
