So I just got over my AF 2 days ago. I have been feeling a very strong cramp this morning on my lower left abdomen for about an hour and it's been on and off throughout the day. Just wanted to know of anyone has ever experienced this before after an AF? Also, do you think it's possible to be ovulating so early in this cycle period? I know usually ovulation cramps are not that strong so just curious to know if anyone else has ever experience a similar cramp like that before.
