Nervous- Still bfn

I’m on day 44 of my cycle and I’m 10 days late. I am very sleepy, irritable off and on, spotting a tad as of yesterday, breaking out more than usual, boobs are SORE as all get out. I’ve taken 4 pregnancy tests since Feb 1st and all have been bfn. I went to the doctor today and they did bloodwork but I’m not sure when I’ll hear back from them. What do you guys think? Pregnant or no?
