Unsure if I should call my office

So, last time I called triage and said I was in unbearable pain and something felt off, they asked if I was bleeding or getting timeable contractions. When I said no to both, they told me to take Tylenol and a warm bath then hung up on me. I can still feel him moving right now but my abdomen is very sore, something feels off to me—as it has for the past week. I never felt these pains before. They checked my cervix two days ago and tested me for bv because I was complaining of cramping. Everything was normal. His heartbeat was fine then too. I know it’s not a uti, they tested for that two weeks ago. If I call again I know they’ll dismiss my concerns. Would you demand to be seen or assume it’s “normal” 3rd trimester pains and not call?
