Has anyone tired to lose weight while pregnant?
So I'm very overweight like the biggest I've ever been and I'm pregnant 13 weeks and 5day. I asked my doctor if it was okay for me to workout and try to lose some weight. He said it was fine just listen to my body and nothing to rough mostly just cardio and light weights if I use any. To give and idea I started at 215 and I'm down to about 205 at last count. Now I dont want to do anything to risk my baby. So I wanted to see if anyone had any experience in this while pregnant ? I'd like to get down to about 180 to 160 by delivery time if possible.
