So confused and upset

On Sunday I had a scan at my hospital due to cramping and bleeding

The lady said she’s not 100% sure but thinks I am expecting identical twins

She said as they are so small she was unsure If she was picking up one heart beat in 2 places or 2 different heartbeats

Today I payed for a private scan where I was told there was only one baby

I feel like she didn’t look properly but she knows more than me

What do you guys think I’m so confused ?
