Pregnant No Period

I had a miscarriage at the beginning of January. I was 7 weeks along. It took about 3 weeks for all the hcg to leave my body (blood test every week to confirm). I have not had a period and I am concerned that I am pregnant again.

Does anyone have any experience getting pregnant after a miscarriage without having a full cycle go by?

When I say “concerned”, I don’t mean I would be unhappy if I was pregnant. But I am just scared another miscarriage could happen because my body hadn’t fully recovered from the first miscarriage.
