I've gotten what look like positive to me since yesterday morning, how long will the surge last?

Looks like your surge was on the 4th, if you didnt baby dance then, do it today. Even if you did baby dance on the 4th do it again today to increase your chances.

Ovulation will be 12-36 hours after your first positive OPK. As far as what LH is doing after that it is all over the place and different for everyone. The first positive is all that really matters.
