High blood pressure

Can anyone tell me their experience with high blood pressure? My doctor isn't worried yet but when I saw him last week it was 140 and at the end of the appointment it was 125. A few days later it was 139 and today it was 136. I messaged him after the 139 day but he wasn't concerned. I took it upon myself though to at least eat healthier. My next appointment isn't until tuesday. Symptom wise I notice I'm very tired. Sometimes I feel a little sick.
