Reading all of your comments it looks like divorce is your best option. He lied from day 1 stating he’s never been married and come to find out he has another wife. His excuse of “just curious” for having a dating app is inexcusable. There is no just curious, he had full intentions on what he wanted and sorry to say but it’s just not you. Yeah you moved to a whole other country to raise the kids and didn’t like it but that gives no reason for him to try and find someone else. Marriage is about working problems out and finding somewhere to compromise. With the arguments and disagreements y’all have been having for a while, it’s not healthy for the kid(s), you need to think about them. Is that something you want the, thinking is ok in a future spouse? I know it’s going to be hard but you need to do what’s best for you, good luck.

What was he creating a profile for? Clearly to cheat physically and emotionally. Makes it 100x worse because your pregnant and sex gets challenging towards the end of pregnancy. Like you have a legitimate reason why your sex life decreased.
I would he so hurt and upset someone would cheat on me while I’m carrying their child nonetheless I’d be gone

Ok so do you value yourself? If you married the guy and your marriage isn’t open than there’s two answers to this. He either married you because you wanted marriage or he loves you but isn’t in love. So I’m going to say divorce and by the comments you left below he has another wife I’m not sure why your wondering what you should do.

I would definitely want answers as to why he felt that he needed to create a dating profile, if he was seeking relationships or hookups, and see if it was a relationship/communication between us or if he was just a piece of shit. 
If it was the first time you've found this put and he was just seeking something for a emotional support, then maybe you could try and work it out, but cheating in any form is nearly always grounds for divorce... I hope you get your answers and things go well.
