Tips for potty training?

Any tips for potty training my 2 year old son? I don’t even know where to start 😩

I tried like 3 different times to potty train my son but all he did was keep peeing in his underwear. Never once in his potty. I learned that I had to wait until HE showed me he was ready. One night he woke up and asked to go pee pee on his potty. So I took him and he went! After that, we just quit diapers all together. People can give all the advice they want, but if the kid isn’t ready, they aren’t ready. I suggest buying at least 10 pairs of training underwear and only use pull ups at night. Not through out the day because it gets confusing for them because they do still feel like diapers. Maybe even let him go naked if you can. If after a week there isn’t any improvement, I’d say he isn’t ready yet.

Start when he’s ready not you, when he shows an interest in no longer wearing a nappy or wanting to go to the toilet like a big boy. 
If you think he’s ready , buy a potty and have one in most rooms. Let him go naked for the first week and get him used to sitting on the potty. It’s best to put them on every 30-60 mins. 
If you don’t want to use a potty and have a toilet close to where you are you can buy seats for the toilet if he would prefer that. 
After that first week I would then use pants and once dry during the day then start at nighttime. With this we woke our son up at 10/11 to go to the toilet and he was dry every night once we started doing the after being dry during the day x

I used the pull ups that get cold when they get wet and I always took him to the bathroom with me. And when he showed interest I got a step stool and put a cheerio in the toilet to help him aim. He sat to pee until he saw otherwise. But those pull ups are a lifesaver.
