Breakthrough bleeds implant

Hey guys. I’ve been on the implant for about 2 and a half months. Ever since I’ve had break through bleeds every few days. They last about 3 days max and are very light. It’s affecting my sexual relationship because I’ll have maybe 2 days off and then 3 days on again. I have NOT had a single Proper period as of yet. I went on the implant because my cramps were so bad when on nothing or the pill. So cramps are gone but I’m legit bleeding 5 days a week.

I’m wondering if this is normal should I go back to the clinic to see if there are any other options.

Any advice would be very appreciated xx
