Feel like a single parent

So I've been with my boyfriend nearly 3 years I have a 7 year old from previous relationship, and we have a 4 month old together, at times I feel like I'm a single parent I get that he works and is tired but when he comes home from work he expects his dinner to be on the table washing to be done, room to be spotless, kids to of had dinner and be bathed, also when he comes in all he does is go on his phone or watch a film and ignore me until he wants sex, it's like we have to have sex when he wants and theres no choice init.
