Has anyone expierenced this?

I had an ultrasound 2 weeks ago on 1/23 anatomy scan.. she then said we had to come back because she couldn’t see everything she needed to. So i went Tuesday 2/4 which was my second ultrasound she said she would send pics and sent me on my way. I was reading the notes today from the visit and there was a note posted in diagnoses from visits 2/4 “fetal condition affecting obstetrics care of mother” my follow up visit is Tomorrow 2/7 but i’m so worried something serious is wrong!
