Help! Trigger shot, implantation, and test!

Hi ladies, I am just wondering if anyone can help.

Last period I took letrozole and then a trigger shot on cycle day 11.

I tried to test the shot out and it has gone down greatly.

The final test for yesterday was a pink dye test

Vvfl but can see better in Person definitely noticable. This was yesterday 9dpt I had not had any type of spotting or anything.

So I wasnt sure if this was still from the shot of if it's the chance of being pregnant.

However last night as I went pee I notice some light pink blood.

Could this be implantation bleeding? And can you get a positive pregnancy test before implantation bleeding?
