What does it mean when your systolic blood pressure is high but diastolic pressure is normal range?

So at my appointment my BP was 136 over 64, which I know isn't super high but my normal range is 100-110/60-70. It wasnt mentioned in the appt but I noticed it in my online chart. What does it mean? Is it anything to be concerned with? My last few BP readings at appts were 104/69, 102/61, 108/68 so all nice and low.

It's still within normal range for blood pressure which is probably why they didn't make mention. I wouldn't be overly concerned with one higher reading if all are within your normal range. You could've had a higher reading depending on what you did different prior to your appointment.

They rarely get overly concerned with a single high reading. Potentially just watch it close and see what happens. Lots of things can make your BO fluctuate throughout the day including the amount of activity you did  just prior to the reading. If you are worried you can always check it at a local pharmacy or drug store with one of the automatic cuffs.
