Chiropractor advice?

Anyone seen a chiropractor while pregnant? I’m 31 weeks with my second child and I’m seriously struggling right now more than ever.

Hoping to find help/relief for any of the following...

1 - BREECH BABY -

baby has been breech at every appointment. She kicks my bladder and cervix all day and all night, head in ribs all the time. It is the weirdest feeling ever.. way different from ‘cute’ baby kicks. Also, she is 95%, so I feel like I’m going to pop at all times. With her head being up, I can’t breathe well, or eat much or else I feel nauseous.

I’ve been doing spinning babies techniques for about a week and it felt good right away and my tummy looked and felt lower but 10 min later I will literally feel her head creep back up into my rib cage.

2 - RLS + “bone-pain” in 1 ankle -

Thus hits the second I lay down and prevents me from sleeping. Restless legs plus one ankle that starts aching and feeling like it needs to be cracked.

I’ve tried magnesium ... that stopped working. CBd pain ointment (like icy hot. Approved by doc) helps a little bit.

3- CHARLIE HORSE! -

Middle of the night calf spasm that had me in tears last night! Lasted about 10 minutes and I thought it would never end. SO PAINFUL! Now I’m semi-limping today because it’s still sore!

I work a desk job full time, an hour commute from my house, 3 days a week (2 days work from home). I recently was promoted so my stress levels have only gone up. I have so much on my plate already with a 3 year old, I’m exhausted yet I can’t sleep because of all the issues above.

I was taking half a unisom but that hasn’t been helping me get or stay asleep either :(

I’m really hoping a chiropractor might be able to help but would be good to hear from others so I can manage my expectations.

Side note... I have seen a chirp for years when not pregnant. Just curious about if going while pregnant might bring me relief to the issues above.

Ok I’m done complaining now... if you made it this far and have any advice or words of encouragement I’ll be forever grateful ☺️
