Random dot of blood?

So, I got off my first pp period on Jan 31st. Yesterday, the 5th, I wiped and had just one dot of blood on the toilet paper. Nothing the rest of the day. I’m not on any form of bc for the simple fact my body doesn’t react to it well, we are using the pull out method, & I don’t want to hear you negative Nancy’s about how it’s not effective blah blah blah. My choice, so leave it be. But, I was wondering if there was any way this could possibly be implantation? Anyone else just get a random little blotch of blood & nothing come of it?
