8 weeks 2 Days no symptoms

Hello! I am currently 8 weeks and 2 days and haven’t had barley any symptoms my entire pregnancy. When I was around 4-6 weeks i had sore nipples and cramps, but they’ve went away. I had an ultrasound done at 6 weeks 4 days and everything was perfect, heart rate was 117, and the doctor said my levels and baby were “textbook” perfect. I was just wondering if anybody else is in the same boat. I about feel bad for not having symptoms and just trying to ease my mind lol.
