Cramping and spotting

I’m 6 weeks I’m guessing I got to be seen today because last night after I had sex I start spotting brown blood but wasn’t a lot but now today I’m having more and cramping like a period now . I had a miscarriage at 6 weeks 2 years ago and it started out as bright red and got heavier I’m really hoping this is different and hoping my baby is okay.... I don’t want to go through that again I just want a child of my own so bad 😔🤦‍♀️😭 please pray for me and the baby
