Has anyone every had a mil who is always up on you?

Ex: when I would change my sons diaper at her house she'd always follow me to her room to watch me change him, at my house she would stand by the changing table to watch me change him. I'm feeding the baby she's right there wiping his mouth every time I give him some food. I put him down his rocking seat to put him asleep there she is putting her hand to rock him even though I am already rocking him and when he would be in his car seat asleep and cry she'd run to him to rock him when I would be walking to calm him. she would also always change his diaper without asking, after I told her I already changed him she would ignore me and still change him even though his diaper was dry. Offering him stuff to eat and drink that he's not allowed to. When he was a baby he use to be scared of her and cry so much and she would not give him up to me even though she couldn't calm him down my husband had to tell her something. I feel like everytime she visits or we visit she wants to parent my son, she doesn't let me carry my own kid Im guessing cause I see him everyday. But still he's my son and sometimes kids want their mother I understand she misses him and loves him but it's too much for me. I have never seen a mil behave in that way. Has anyone dealt with that or how would you deal with that? It's very annoying to me and too much.
