How long do your little ones nap for?

My little girl will nap 1-3:30 but then she doesnt go to bed until 9 sometimes 9:30. I’m just wondering if her naps are too long or too late in the day. Her dad comes home at noon for lunch so that’s why her naps are so “late”.

My son wakes up at 7:30am naps from 11:30-1 and goes to bed at 7:30pm

I have this same exact problem. We usually have a mommy and me class (T/Th) or have to pick her older sister up from pre-k (MWF) so we aren’t home until 12:15pm daily. I try and do a quick lunch and then get her down by 1 and up by 3pm. Some days if I’m lucky she falls asleep in the car on our way home and I’ll be able to successfully transfer her to her bed and she’ll nap 12-2:30. But like you said she doesn’t want to go to bed until like 9:30. Her older sister (3 yo) has also recently developed horrible sleep habits and won’t nap or go to bed with out a fight or before 9:30. I’m trying to get everyone on a strict schedule ASAP because we have #3 due in March. If I find something that works I’ll let you know 😩

Used to be 2-2.5 hrs and now its only around 1.5 hr. If im lucky she will nap 2 hrs on weekends. She sleeps around 815pm and sleeps through the night most nights

My daughter naps starting between 12:20-1 (depending on how tired she seems based on morning activity) and she naps 2-3 hours (usually 2, occasionally 1.5). She always gets put down for bed at 7:45.
