Post Partum Pre Eclampsia

Anyone else experienced this? I am day 5 post c section and I have been feeling miserable. Pounding headache, legs swole up like balloons, and just overall feeling terrible. So I checked my bp and it was 157/115. Dr said come in immediately and I was diagnosed with postpartum preeclampsia.

I was sent back home with blood pressure meds and a diuretic and I still feel terrible but bp is back down to 128/87.

I need positive advice or success stories because right now I feel like there is no end to this recovery. I just want to feel better so I can take care of my babies!!
