TTC! First Doctor Appointment!

Ok ladies, so me and my boyfriend are trying to have a little blessing & it isn’t working with just the two of us trying so I reached out to a local doctor for a little help! My appointment is tomorrow and I’m not sure if there’s anything I need to ask, or tell etc... I’m nervous as can be because I feel like I will be judged cause I’m only 18, but I’m big on planning stuff and want to be ahead of the game ya know? So I am here to ask you guys, is there any specific questions I need to ask, anything that I should mention during the doctors appointment? I’m curious as to what they will tell me as far as conceiving goes!
