My neighbors cat is always outside .. he “can’t get him to stay in” .. he isn’t fixed so I’m sure he is spraying.

He’s super friendly with humans but the issue is he comes to my windows which are ground level (I have a split ranch) and he taunts my cats! My male cat flips out... he actually screams and then hisses and growls and you can’t approach him. I’ve had to go out and spray the neighbor cat with water several times to get him away so I can calm my cat down.

What can I do to keep him away?! My neighbor doesn’t seem to care and I shouldn’t have to cover my windows in my own home and block my cats view of the outside world.

Is there something I can put outside that’ll deter him?? It’s so frustrating and I’m supposed to be leaving for the weekend and I’m so afraid it’s going to happen when I’m not home.

Ugh any advice ??
