I have been on birth control for almost 6 months. On January 22 I took my pill eight hours late, meaning I missed the pill. Six days later I had sex without a condom. I did not use plan b because the nurse didn’t recommend it & said i would be fine . My period is 3 days away and i haven’t had a lot of cramps , by this time i should though. I’m freaking out and I’m scared I’m gonna be pregnant please help me. Im such an overthinking person and I’m stressing. 😭
