Panic!!! Pls help who has experienced low hcg in early pregnancy and ended with a success story?

Found out I was pregnant about a week ago at 12dpo. It was a faint line but I thought well it's still early. At 14dpo I tested again, the line was still faint but just a tiny little darker. Was at my dr yesterday at 17dpo for bloodwork and result came back today with hcg level of 48! I know this is really low. My dr said she's not worried about the number 😫. I'm scheduled for another blood work tomorrow. I'm currently 4weeks 3days. My last pregnancy was ectopic hence my nervousness and fear 😥😥😥 I'm trying so hard to stay positive, it's tough. God please 🙏🙏🙏.
