Need Help! I think I’m pregnant!

Two months ago I was raped (beginning of December) I was seen at the hospital and got all the proper medications. My period the next month (last month) was extremely light and I seemed to be spotting. I took a pregnancy test and it turned out negative. About three weeks ago I got my first yeast infection but it was barely evolved. The OBGYN gave me the medicine needed to take care of it immediately. The last 2-3 weeks I have been experiencing extremely sore breast, a sore back, extreme nausea (both with and without vomiting), constipation, fatigue and felt like I had a cold, and now I am having weird discharge. I am currently 10 days late.

Earlier this afternoon I had a jelly like substance come out of me and it was very strange but I didn’t think to get a picture, tonight the discharge looks nothing similar to earlier it still strange.

I am scared to take a pregnancy test again, but can anyone tell me what this discharge could be from?
