Help please. Morning sickness.

Guys what would you do. I am at work and the morning sickness is so bad that I haven't stopped puking/dry heaving in like an hour. I am the only staff on and I can't leave without calling someone in as I work in a group home, but I'm being absolutely useless like this. 😭 I've gotten like no hours lately from not feeling like this. Idk if I should call the manager and tell them hey I'm here if anyone needs me but I've been puking for hours can someone relieve me and if not at least my ass is covered for none of my work being done..idk.

I've tried to calm the sickness down its not working.
