Every bleeping hour...

Is anyone else dealing with a 24 week old that's suddenly waking every hour? I can't handle it. She goes down easily, buy then wakes every hour after I put her to bed... usually she's shrieking...pick her up and she immediately falls asleep...I'm turning into a mean mom at night and getting mad at her. I know it's not her fault, but I'm so tired of getting like zero good sleep at night. I've resorted to letting her sleep in bed with me which I don't like...but it's the only way she sleeps longer than an hour.

Help, advice, anything? I'm thinking sleep training is going to have to happen soon because I can't keep this up.
