For daily coffee drinkers: how often to you wash your coffee pot?

Just curious... I wash mine daily, but I’ve worked places where it almost never got washed. 
Ps if you have a coffee maker that doesn’t use a pot you don’t have to comment that below.

My husband rinses it our every morning before leaving for work, so about an hour after it’s brewed. He does a full clean every couple months.

Ice and salt in the pot and shake it around will clean all the nasty that gets on it from sitting all day off of it

I like my old fashioned drip style Mr Coffee 12 cup. My husband and i drink a full pot every morning. I rinse it with water after every morning. I use dawn soap about once a week or ten days as i remember. I run the clean cycle with vinegar water about every two weeks. 
I ll admit, the pot could be cleaner 😅
