Exercise
For the past 7 months I’ve been working out 5 days a week for 2 hours and I cut a lot of my carb intake out of my diet and I’m feeling fantastic! Not just physically but mentally I finally feel like I’m not depressed anymore getting exercise and eating fruits and vegetables does so much for your body I’ve know started to do yoga and meditation I’m so excited I just wanted to share it on here I don’t have very many friends
