Fertile window and sick😩

So this maybe a silly question but i attacked a picture of the times me and hubby BD this month. Problem is yesterday i caught the cold that my husband and two kids have 😩😭 could being sick prevent me from getting pregnant this month? I am so tired and not feeling well but i want to BD tonight cause glow says i ovulate and I’m feeling some cramping on my left side. Hubby said he will see depending on how I’m actually feeling tonight😑. Sick or not i wanna BD to increase our odds. Please tell me if y’all think me being sick will mess things up possibly ?
