Anyone gotten pregnant while having precancerous cells on their cervix due to HPV?

I have had high risk HPV and abnormal cells for over 1 year and I want to get pregnant in the next following years. If the cells haven't gone away is it safe to conceive? I've read pregnancy hormones can make you develop cervical cancer quicker. Any advice pleaseee???

I had abnormal paps for about seven hrs now. Did colps after each one, low grade each time. I just had a baby three months ago. My dr said sometimes the changes of your cervix during delivery help clear the abnormal cells. I had my pap last week and it’s FINALLY normal again!

I was preggo with my first when I found out.  Had a colpo and biopsy done while preggo.  When my son was about 2 I had laser surgery on my cervix.  Been clear since.  He is 14 now and I have an 18 month old and am currently pregnant with #3.

My hpv was found when I was already pregnant with my first. After she was born they did the wait and see approach. The cells accelerated to the stage before cancer and I had to have the leep. My doctor advised me to wait a year before trying for another. Exactly a year later I was pregnant with my second. Follow doctor recommendations. Pregnancy does accelerate cell changes.
