Chances of pregnancy working out

Hi ladies! This is my first pregnancy. I’m 10 + 4 weeks and my second ultrasound/heard the heartbeat on Tuesday. I have like ZERO symptoms so it doesn’t feel real and I’m scared to get excited. Anyone know the chances of this pregnancy working out? TIA
