Hand foot mouth

My son is 9 months and was diagnosed with HFM today 🤦🏻‍♀️ it’s literally been one thing after the other since he turned 6 months. Anyway, I know there is no way to make it go away but was wondering if anyone had advise on how to make it easier or go away faster. It’s only on his knees and butt so far he also developed a pretty intense diaper rash from it. We were prescribed Nystatin
