I'm so confused. TTC for 3-4 months now. The app says I'm supposed to ovulate in 2 days. Since I have PCOS, I get positive ovulation strips every time so that doesn't help. This month I've been charting for the first time and checking my cervix position and mucus. It seems high and soft and moist today. But my CM is white and creamy. We are using conceive plus, been taking Pregnacare since Oct 19 and take Agnus castus and evening primrose oil for last few months too. This had helped me get a period regularly, I've had 3 periods in last 3 months for the first time in 2 years!

So since Tuesday this week my boobs have started to get sore and very heavy today, I feel exhausted, don't feel like eating and when I eat every mouthful feels like a lot. Then I feel nauseous. Have I ovulated or not? So hard to tell :( I'm new to a lot of ways of tracking. Been Bd'ing every day since I came off my period on 29th Jan. Then we took a break, so last time we bd'd was Sunday and today as I've been away in between. Hope I didn't miss our chance.
