how do i squirt during sex? i always come close to it when my girlfriend gives me head or fingers me alot but then i tense up and the feeling goes away. i really want to do it but its so hard

I don’t know if this will work for you but it does for me.  You’re lying on your back your partner is going down on you. When you’re really starting to feel yourself ante up ask her to finger you and go down at the same time with the “come here” motion . When she’s doing that lift yourself up so your propped on your elbows (but you’ll need to figure out the angle) and tell her to keep going. Works for me every time

Really wanting to is probably why it isn't happening for you. It's so hard to truly feel that comfortable, but the pressure of trying to make it happen is likely preventing it.
