Prolapse??

Question

When should everything (vagina/cervix/uterus) be somewhat back to normal? I feel like my cervix is SUPER low- possibly a small prolapse? Baby is almost 16 weeks old. FTM so I’m low-key freaking out my uterus is just going to fall out here soon. 
Should I see my dr or is this normal for 4months post delivery?

I reccomend going to see a pelvic floor specialist. It's awkward, but so helpful.

Very normal to have a weak PF at this point though. My sis in law is a huge Crossfitter, worked out for 2 hours a day the whole pregnancy, at 3 mo pp she still leaks when she works out...she says she has lost about 50-60% of her lifting power at the moment

I signed up for a 12 week program online because I have problems with leaking. Google Pelvic Floor Perfect its $75/month which is cheaper than PT for me and it has TONNSSSS of information and video

Maybe your pelvic floor is weak? A pelvic floor physical therapist has been great for me! Both during and after pregnancy

Did you have a 6 week postpartum checkup? When I did my doctor checked my cervix. You could call and ask a nurse & they can advise if you’ll need an appointment.
