Are there any free online colleges, courses, or any adult learning programs?

There may be some programs for free college in certain states (if in the US), but it might depend on the state and may not be applicable online. Generally, in my experience, you have to pay for college. I would be hesitant to trust somebody advertising totally free college online with no stipulations.

There is a place called job corp which is basically a college that is paid for by the U.S. National government. However, you have to have a disabiity or come from low income. There are humdreds of locations throughout the nation and over 80 prgrams. Depending the program will depend the location you go to.

Free? No not unless you get a scholarship or federal aid covers everything.  Most community colleges are inexpensive and have course available online and are accredited
